Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1992, Liz then specialised in Corporate Finance. Her career has spanned Big 4 and mid-tier accountancy firms as well as the ABL industry.
In later years, Liz has gained qualifications as a NLP Practitioner and Business Coach.

Having worked in the corporate finance world for over a decade, Liz is very familiar with the challenges and aspirations of directors and shareholders looking for exits, acquisitions or buy-outs. As a partner in a top 10 accountancy firm, Liz set up the corporate finance department, building a team and winning assignments.
She led national projects and initiatives for a Big 4 Bank across the UK and was the Chair of Lloyds TSB Women’s Network in London for 6 years supporting the drive to increase the number of senior women.
In the health sector, Liz held the role of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of a limited company subsidiary of an NHS Trust for 3 years, giving her an insight into the challenges faced by increasing populations and tightening budgets.
